CALVARY PRAYER HOUSE is a Socio-Economic Empowerment Organization as a legal entity registered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh Under Indian Societies Registration Act 1860 of Sec XXI. Reg No : 590/1982 On 31st December 1982 and registered with Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India having it's FCRA NO 010170066 under Section 1976 FC Act and the donors are Exempted for their donations under Income Tax Exemption Act under Sec 12 AA of 80 (G) (V) and (VI) of Income Tax Exemption Act 1961. Calvary Prayer House is upto date on its Exemptions with concern Departments.

| Payment Process |
- Donor can pay through PAYMENT GATEWAY facilitated with our website.
- Donor can post the donation through cheques on the name of CALVARY PRAYER HOUSE only.
- Donor can transfer cash gift through Account Online transfer for the Society.
- Donations strictly according to the Norms of FCRA, 12A and 80 (G ) (V) & (VI) Acts.
- Donors are facilitated with Tax Exemption Certificate and Vouchered for the donations made.

- We will provide Receipt to the donors after receiving the money in to our account.
- We will provide Annual Auditors Report to the Government of India and to the Bank.
- Annual work report will be provided on request.
- Utilization of funds for the particular purpose only.
- If your donation transaction is successful, you receive an email acknowledgement.
- Refunds are not permitted, please ensure you fill up the donation amount with due care, and verify all fields before proceeding for payment.
- These funds are not used for any anti government policies.
- These funds are used for charitable purpose only for the development of the socio, economic, educational purposes.
- We will provide time to time work report to the donors on request.
- We strictly follow the guidelines and rules and regulations of the bank.
